• Capable and willing to ensure emergency and prompt support by giving the highest level of priority.
• Interested to work on New & Innovative technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Network and System components like Switching and Routing, Windows & Linux Server, Wireless & Wired LAN, WAN, and NAS.
• Skilled in designing network solution architecture.
• Must have proficiency in MS PowerPoint and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities & Context

We seek a Network Solutions Engineer who will be accountable for analyzing customer’s requirements, finding appropriate solutions, and performing advanced installations that meet business requirements to support our portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Firewall/Routers, Switches, Storage, Mail Server, and other managed devices

• Attending calls from Customers and serving them accordingly

• Analyzing Customers’ requirements and finding appropriate solutions to serve them.

• Maintain customer relationships and coordinate with the salesperson to accomplish the organization’s Sales.

• Delegating jobs and assignments to team members and collaborating with them to rectify and fix problems.

• Providing Training to our Technical personnel to keep them updated about the Solution

• Creating end goals for the team.
